Greensborough College Annual Art Show
Ms Sarah Dodd
On the 14th of October, Greensborough College proudly hosted the grand opening of our annual Art Show, a highlight of the school calendar and a true celebration of creativity across our school community.

The exhibition showcased an impressive collection of artwork produced by students from Years 7 to 12 across a range of art subjects, including art enrichment, painting, drawing, photography, ceramics, visual communications, textiles, fashion design and media. The show also featured an open category, inviting both staff and students to share their own creative works beyond the classroom.
The evening was attended by special guests, including Banyule’s Cr. Elizabeth Nealy and Taryn, who had the honour of presenting the Contemporary Art Award in honour of her son Balin Menzies, a beloved student at Greensborough College. Their presence made the event even more memorable for our young artists.

Guests were treated to live music performed by our music students whose talent added a wonderful atmosphere to the evening. Visitors enjoyed viewing the diverse pieces on display while celebrating the imagination and dedication of our students.
A huge congratulations to all of this year’s winners and to everyone who exhibited their work. Your creativity and effort made the night truly inspiring, and you represented the college well.
Thank you to all who attended and supported the Greensborough College Arts Program.
