Foundation Myuna Farm Excursion

Our Foundation students had a wonderful time exploring Myuna Farm! The excursion provided a fantastic opportunity for students to learn about farm animals, their needs and the important role they play in our everyday lives.

Students enjoyed getting up close to a variety of animals in the animal nursery, including rabbits, guinea pigs, lambs and goat kids. They also had the opportunity to feed friendly farm animals, learn about where milk comes from and discover how farmers care for their animals.

A highlight of the day was exploring the farm and wetlands, where students learnt about the natural environment and the importance of caring for wildlife. Through these hands-on experiences, students developed their understanding of animal life cycles, habitats and the needs of living things.

It was a fun-filled day of learning, discovery and new experiences, and we are so proud of the curiosity, excitement and respect our Foundation students showed throughout the excursion!
