Year 9 and 10 Drama Students

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for our Year 9 and 10 Drama students at The Gap SHS!

Students will be collaborating with the acclaimed Shake & Stir Theatre Co to bring to life the gothic production GRIMM.

This whole-class production will see students working together both on and off stage, developing their performance and production skills, and culminating in a special evening performance for family and friends.

We can’t wait to share this dark yet humours theatrical experience with our community!

Visual Art Studio

Our Visual Arts sessions after school with Kim Price is also approaching the end.

Inspired by Kim’s art practice, students developed various carefully composed collage arrangements based on portraits, people, cityscapes, landscape/seascapes. The students’ work will also be exhibited early next term in our gallery.

TERM 2 Enrolments

Enrolments are now open for our Visual Art Studio program afterschool for Term 2.

PAINTING: A PATHWAY TO WELLBEING – see attached. This program is open to any interested students across all year levels.

Visual Art in Practice

Our Year 12 Visual Art in Practice students have now COMPLETED their work with mural artists Joel Fergie (The Zookeeper) and Jordan Bruce (Brightsiders)!

Our school mural looks absolutely AMAZING.
