Birds in Schools Program

A big thank you to Paddy Downes and Terry Phippen from Point Nepean Mens Shed for cutting out the birds. Thank you to Jane Byrne and students for designing and producing.

Students have made a Moonah Woodlands Jenga, complete with card questions.

Loom Bands

Loom bands are made from synthetic material, and are not renewable as rubber is. They cannot be recycled. These bands can be eaten by wild life, getting trapped around their neck or ingested. Small particles of these bands can make their way into and be ingested by fish. Because of this we will be providing another activity for students to do in the library.

World Bee Day Tea Towel

Students and staff have completed drawing bees for a tea towel being created to celebrate World Bee Day. Money raised from the tea towels sold will go towards planting out our new garden beds. Thank you Louise Heinnen for organising this activity for the St Joseph's School Community.
