Carnival – Saturday 29 November
If you haven’t purchased your Ride Wristbands and/or Tokens yet, there’s still time! Available online until Wednesday 26 November at 8pm: https://www.trybooking.com/CZJSM
If you miss the online window, wristbands will be available on the day for $55, and of course tokens will be available for purchase too.
We’ve changed the process for receiving your pre-purchased Ride Wristbands and/or Tokens before Carnival. EHPS parents/carers only (not students) can collect their pre-purchases from the Stadium on the following days:
- Next Friday, 21 November, between 2.45pm to 3.45pm; OR
- Thursday 27 November from 2.45pm to 3.45pm.
If you’re unable to pick up your order on either of these days, collect your pre-purchased wristbands and tokens from Ticket Booth #2 (located in the Stadium) on Carnival Day.

The Carnival is a HUGE event, and it takes an amazing team to make it all happen. A massive shoutout to my incredible Carnival Committee Elima, Carly, Alison, Caz, Sara, Beck, Ryan, Jack, Borris, Nat, Ting and Tracey, who’ve been working tirelessly behind the scenes, balancing Carnival with your work and family commitments. What we’ve achieved so far is incredible, but the hard work isn’t over yet, you can relax in two weeks, promise! I can’t wait to see it all come together on Carnival Day.
Pink Stumps Day
The PFC will be supplying icy poles for the children as part of this fun, cricket-themed fundraising event for the McGrath Foundation on the rescheduled date, Wednesday 26 November.
Next PFC Meeting in December
Our next meeting will be held in person in the Staff Room at school at 7.00pm on Wednesday 10 December. Everyone is welcome, it’s a great way to stay involved and support our school community.
Prep to Year 2 Junior House Athletics
The PFC will be providing icy poles for the students during the Prep to Year 2 Junior House Athletics on Thursday 11 December; a little treat to keep everyone refreshed and energised!

Ritchie’s IGA Loyalty Program
Our school is part of the Ritchies Community Benefit Program (RCBP). EHPS received $22.07 from the RCBP in October, representing 0.5% of purchases made by customers who have selected EHPS as their organization to support.
If you shop at a Ritchies IGA (the local store is in Mount Waverley) and are a member of their loyalty program, please support EHPS by choosing our school as your nominated beneficiary. Each month we receive 0.5% of purchases made by customers who have selected our school each month. Please encourage family and friends who also shop at IGA to support EHPS.
