Year 1/2 News
Literacy
We have been blown away by how much our Grade 1/2 students have learnt in Word Work this year! It has been exciting to see them apply the spelling rules and patterns they have learnt as we head into Term 4. As we continue to explore a new spelling rule or pattern each week, a big well done to the students who are completing their spelling homework consistently! We can see the positive impact this is having on their writing.
Maths
In Maths, students have been revising and strengthening their understanding of different strategies for addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. They have been applying these strategies to solve a range of worded problems, developing their problem-solving skills. Check them out!
