This fortnight, the Preps have continued learning about fictional narratives. We have been reading many mentor texts and learning how to make inferences by looking at the pictures for clues and discovering information that is not written in the text.
We have also started writing a Narrative that features our Grade 6 buddies as the main characters.
In Maths we have revisited 2D and 3D shapes as well as telling the time by the hour. We have looked at the differences between an analogue and digital clock.
In Inquiry, we have enjoyed learning about animals, particularly focusing on mammals, reptiles and amphibians.
