Wellbeing

As the school term gets busy, taking time for small moments of connection at home can make a big difference to wellbeing. A simple strategy families might like to try is a “high and low” chat at the end of the day. Encourage everyone to share one good part of their day and one challenge they faced. This helps build confidence in talking about emotions and reminds children that all feelings are okay.

Sometimes the little everyday moments, chatting in the car, sharing a laugh, or reading together, are the ones children-and all of us, remember most.

Hope everyone is staying warm and cosy as the weather gets increasingly more frosty!
