FIGHT MND FUNDRAISER

On Tuesday 9th June, Myla Raselli and Georgia Fairhead from 9P organised a charity

event to create awareness and raise funds for research into motor neuron disease (MND). This aligned with the public events many are familiar with, including the Big Freeze events run through the AFL.

Myla and Georgia banded together with a group of Year 9 and 10 friends to organise a bake sale (delicious), and roped in the Principal team to have a VERY chilly bucket of water and ice tipped over their heads in front of a crowd at lunch time.

The girls are to be congratulated on their ability to organise this fantastic event from the ground up. The pictures tell the story!!!
