Dental Van

Dear Parents/Carers,

The Australian Smile Group Dental Van has been booked to attend Belmont High School for the week of August 17 - 21, 2026. (Please note August 18 will be Parent/Student/Teacher Interviews with no classes scheduled, however the Dental Van may operate on this day if there is sufficient demand.)

Please see the information booklet and consent form . 

This is an optional service. Parents are not required to attend with their child.

If you wish your child to attend the Dental Van, please complete the consent form and return to:  jennifer.foot@education.vic.gov.au by Friday 31st July 2026.
