YEAR 9 NAPLAN CELEBRATION

🎓 Year 9 Assembly

On Wednesday 27 August, our Year 9 Captains Minnah Clark, Ebony Peet, Sigourney Crocker, and Makenzie Holscher – proudly led a Year 9 Assembly to celebrate the outstanding effort and achievements of our Year 9 students in this year’s NAPLAN.

These awards recognised some truly impressive results in both reading and numeracy, with students acknowledged for either reaching the Exceding Standard or demonstrating high growth in their learning.

We are thrilled to share that this year’s results are the strongest NAPLAN outcomes our school has ever achieved – an incredible effort from our Year 9 cohort! 👏

To help celebrate, all Year 9 students enjoyed a FREE pizza lunch at the conclusion of the assembly 🍕🎉

A big thank you to our Year 9 Captains for planning and leading the event, to ABC for their wonderful musical performance to open the assembly, and to our Principal Team, Year 9 Coordinators, and Year 9 teachers for their support and attendance on the day 🙌
