Grounded Girls Term 2
GroundED Girls is a 6-week program that runs on Sundays, designed to support girls through the key pillars of wellbeing during their teen years.
Each week, we focus on building simple, practical habits through our VIBES framework, giving girls the tools and confidence to feel more balanced, capable and in control.
📍 Where: Well Soul Studio, Echuca
🕔 When: Sundays
👩🎓 Who: Students in Years 6, 7, 8 and 9
Over the six weeks, we explore vital nutrition, individual planning, building relationships, exercise and sound sleep.
GroundED Girls is about helping girls feel better in their everyday lives — with practical tools they can actually use.

$10,000 for Kyabram Blue Light could:
Fund KyFit for 12 months
Run discos for approximately three years
Fully fund 3-4 leadership camps for groups of young people, or
Implement something completely new.

Picnic in the Paddock

Coolabah Turf, 256 McSwain Road, Echuca
We are excited to open our Echuca Farm to our Coolabah community this year, by hosting our first ever Picnic in the Paddock.
So bring the kids and pack the picnic blanket!
Join us for a family friendly afternoon of farm tours, live music, food vans, free kids' rides and good old-fashioned fun on the turf.
There will be turf giveaways and plenty of opportunity to sit back and have a chat with the Coolabah crew.
You'll be able to experience the behind the scenes of a working turf farm, mingle with our team of turfies and spend some time outdoors.
Ditch the screen time for green time; come and spend the evening with us!
