Country Education Partnership is proud to host the first-ever P12 Principals Summit, bringing together leaders and teams from across the state for two inspiring days of professional learning, collaboration, and connection.

This event will feature an exciting lineup of speakers and workshops designed to spark ideas, share practical strategies, and strengthen leadership across Victoria’s P12 schools.

We’re delighted to welcome Brydon Coverdale (The Shark) as our keynote speaker.

Drawing on his upbringing in the rural community of Camperdown and his experience as the son of a small school teacher, Brydon will reflect on the power of education, community, and curiosity — and how those foundations have shaped his remarkable journey.

Program highlights include:

• A warm welcome and the history of P12 Schools on Day 1, followed by an evening networking event.
• Day 2 is filled with practical workshops, thought-provoking sessions, and keynote presentations — with morning tea and lunch provided.
