Lost & Damaged Library Book Fines

Responsibility is an important skill to develop.

If your child’s library book is lost or damaged, you will be charged a lost library book fee of $10.00 so that it can be replaced. The money will be refunded if the book is found. When at home, we suggest you keep your child’s library books in a common place for easy accessibility. This will also encourage your child to be responsible for the books they have borrowed.

Please note if your child has an overdue library book you will receive an email from our library system, functional solutions. If your child's book is overdue for more than one month you will see an overdue library charge on your XUNO dashboard. This is not a voluntary charge and should be paid as soon as possible.

Just a reminder that we are getting quite a collection of items in lost property. If you are missing any containers or a drink bottle please come have a look. See images below for new items in lost property.

Please help us return items to their owners by ensuring all belongings are clearly labelled.

Do you hold a Health Care Card?

APPLICATIONS CLOSE : 26th June 2026

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) helps ensure that no student misses out on important, educational, and enjoyable school activities. This fund supports the Victorian Government’s commitment to breaking the link between a student’s background and their educational opportunities.

Schools must use CSEF payments for eligible students’ expenses related to:

  • School incursions, excursions and camps
  • Swimming programs and other school-organised sporting activities

Please note that CSEF cannot be used for voluntary school charges, stationery, school uniforms, music lessons, or other optional items.

Families holding a valid means-tested concession card or who are temporary foster parents may be eligible. The allowance is paid directly to the school to support eligible activities for your child.

Annual CSEF amount per student:

  • $400 for primary and secondary students

How to Apply

Applying for the first time:  New applicants should contact the school office to obtain a CSEF application form or download the attached form or alternatively visit; www.education.vic.gov.au/csef

Existing recipients:  If you applied for CSEF at your child’s school in 2025, you do not need to reapply in 2026 unless your circumstances have changed.

You will need to submit a new application if:

  • Your child is newly enrolled or has changed schools in 2026

  • There has been a change in family circumstances (e.g. custody, name, concession card details)

  • New siblings have commenced at the school in 2026

If you are unsure, please contact the school office for assistance.

That is all for this week, Lisa Lind
