Happy belated Mother's Day to all our mums, grandmas, and special people in our students lives. I hope you all had a chance to enjoy the company of family and friends on this special day.
Thank you to the many volunteers we had supporting our Mother's Day stall. It was lovely to see some new faces involved.
Last week, our Parents and Friends (P&F) committee met for their Annual General Meeting. It was agreed that moving forward, the P&F will operate as a working group rather than a formal committee, with leadership provided by a member of the School Council. We anticipate that this new structure may encourage greater parent involvement, as participation will not be tied to a designated committee position, allowing for flexible and voluntary support in any capacity.
The School Council will be meeting this evening, and we are currently seeking two additional parent members to join the group. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM. If you are interested in learning more or would like to participate, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Well done to our 14 Cross Country runners who took part in the Divisions Cross Country event, last Friday. Congratulations to Lyla and Luka who have now qualified for the Regional Championships later this year.
