University Open Days

VTAC

VTAC applications for university will open on Monday 28th July 2025. Prior to this Year 12 students will receive guidance on how to open their account and navigate the website. A parent information session is also being planned for August.

Work Experience

Year 10 students are preparing for work experience through their careers lessons, undertaking lessons in workplace health and safety, completing safe@work certificates and learning how to contact employers. Students always need to submit their completed paperwork (blue form) at least 2 weeks prior to the commencement date of the work experience. Should students need help completing paperwork or contacting employers, they can make an appointment with Mrs Considine.

Events

Tertiary Information Services Event - Monday 12th May - Students from Year 12 opted in to attend the TIS event in Maffra. This event allowed students to hear about the VTAC application process and meet some of the Melbourne based universities to gather information. Students who did not attend will be provided with information through their careers lesson.

Job Opportunities

McDonalds Sale is seeking to employ new team members, Catholic College Sale students are highly sought after employees. Any students seeking a part time job can approach McDonalds directly with a resume or see Mrs Considine for support.
