Year 7 Immunisations

Dear Parent/Guardian, 

On Tuesday 15th September 2026, Barwon Health immunisation service will visit Year 7 students to administer free immunisations:

• HPV( Human Papillomavirus) vaccine =1 injection
• Boostrix( Diphtheria, tetanus, and whooping cough booster) = 1 injection

All parents have been sent an email with the details to access an online consent form that must be completed before the day.
