P&F Father's Day Stall
The P&F will hold a Father's Day stall on Thursday 3 September. All students will attend during the school day. The P&F are looking for volunteers to assist with the stall, if you are able to help please register your interest here.
P&F Father's Day Raffle
Tickets for the Father's Day raffle will go on sale on Friday 28 August. These are available for purchase through Quickcliq here. The prize winners will be announced on Friday 4 September.
The P&F are also looking for donations for the hampers, these can be made to the Admin office.
P&F Secretary
Our Catholic School Parents and Friends Group is looking for a member of our School Community to become Secretary. The St Helena’s Catholic Primary School P & F Committee membership conditions are:
a commitment and desire to promote Catholic Education
a commitment and desire to give service to the school
a commitment to the safety, wellbeing and pastoral care of all students and staff;
an ability to work cooperatively and constructively with the Principal, school leadership team, the School Advisory Council and other members of the St Helena’s Catholic Primary School P & F Committee: and
a sufficiency of time to devote to St Helena’s Catholic Primary School P & F Committee duties;
The Secretary is required to:
- take minutes of meetings;
- prepare and distribute the meeting papers and agenda;
- keep records of the P&F, including vacancies, reports, minutes, and correspondence;
- provide a list of the P&F Committee members and contact details to the Principal following the Annual Community Meeting.
