Grade 3 News

This term, students have been focusing on persuasive text writing and completed the topic "Should Children Stay Up Late". 

They practiced convincing readers of their point of view by giving clear reasons and structuring their writing carefully. Students added conjunctions to link their ideas, used simple and compound sentences with supporting details, and included emotive language to make their writing more engaging. 

Through this activity, we can see that everyone developed confidence in expressing their opinions and learned how to effectively organise their ideas.
