What’s been happening in Auslan…

Prep to Grade 6 students had a fantastic time participating in an Auslan Harmony Day Scavenger Hunt. They explored the school to locate signed cards displaying Auslan signs for a variety of countries. Students then recorded the names of each country in English. It was a fun and engaging way to celebrate diversity.

This week, students have also been celebrating Easter by learning a range of Auslan signs related to the occasion. They completed cloze activities and enjoyed playing Easter Bingo, reinforcing their learning in a fun and interactive way.
