CCK News and Announcements

Congratulations Students!
Adriella Ochom
We are so proud of Ella for her outstanding performance at the Victoria State Individual Championships!
Competing in the Under 11 Girls division, Ella achieved incredible results against the top athletes in the state:
🥇 High Jump – 1.35m (Gold)
🥇 Triple Jump – 9.31m (Gold)
🥉 80m Hurdles – 13.65 sec (Bronze)
🏅 4th Place – 100m
🏅 4th Place – Shot Put
With only the top eight athletes in each event qualifying at state level, and medals awarded to the top three, this is an amazing achievement.
Well done, Ella! Your hard work and dedication are truly inspiring! We are so proud of you.
Mila Ustovytska
Congratulations to Mila Ustovytska who participated in the Optimist Victorian States Championship and came second girl in her division.
We are so proud of you, Mila. Your determination and courage are admirable. Well done!
Thank you, PFA!
A massive thank you to our PFA who financed the purchasing of our new bins that have placed around the school. They look great and are much more functional.
Student Device Use Before & During School Hours
Late Arrival
School commences at 8.45am, not 9.00am. We encourage all students to arrive on time so they can begin the day calmly and be fully prepared for learning.
Students who arrive after 8.45am must obtain a late arrival slip by signing in at the Compass Kiosk in the College office.
Early Primary (Prep to Grade 2) parents are required to sign in their children at the kiosk when dropping them off after 8.45am.
Early Pick-Up Procedure
Early pick up can disturb learning. If an early collection is necessary, the procedure is as follow:
- It must be arranged in advance via email to the teacher and the College office, including the date and time.
- All early pick-ups must occur before 3.00pm - students won’t be released after this time and must wait for normal dismissal.
- On arrival, parents must sign their child out at the office using the Compass Kiosk.
Thank you for your ongoing support and for working in partnership with us to maintain a positive and focused learning environment for all students.
Invitation to Register with TrustLoop by Monday 20 April
TrustLoop is our parent controlled medical data base and for your child/ren’s safety it is imperative that this is completed.
Please find the emailed link and complete the registration by Monday, 20 April 2026 (the first day of Term 2).
After this date, students without a completed medical profile will be unable to attend school excursions or camps, as this information is required to ensure their safety.
Uniform Changeover
Please be reminded that a uniform changeover period will take place at the beginning of Term 2. During the first two weeks, parents are asked to use their discretion in determining the most suitable uniform for their child/ren, depending on the weather.
If you need to purchase winter uniform items, please visit the uniform shop as soon as possible to ensure orders arrive in time for the cooler weather.
All students are required to be in full winter uniform from Week 3 of Term 2.
Student Drop off Time at College
We have noticed an increasing number of students arriving onsite before 8.15am. Please be reminded that, for safety and supervision reasons, students are not permitted to be onsite prior to this time. As part of the school’s duty of care obligations, staff are only rostered to supervise students from 8.15am onward. Arriving earlier means there may be no staff available to ensure students’ safety and wellbeing. We kindly ask families to make appropriate arrangements so that students arrive at or after 8.15am, when supervision officially begins.
Uniform
The year 2026 will mark the final year of our three-year transition to the new CCK uniform. Students may continue to wear existing HCC uniform items for the remainder of 2026.
If your child currently has a significant number of HCC uniform items, we recommend gradually purchasing the new CCK uniform pieces throughout the year.
Please note that this transition also includes a change to the Secondary tie, which will move from maroon to navy with stripes.
Thank you for your continued support during this transition.
