Parent Payment Arrangements 2024

2024 Elective classes with additional charges for years 09-12 have now been added to your Compass Portal.

Contributions to the resources and materials needed allow these classes to take place, and so are much appreciated.

We thank the families who have already paid or set up payment plans for the 2024 Parent Payment Contributions and Student Resources.

Curriculum and Other contributions make a huge difference to our College and the programs we can offer our students.

If you have any questions or require assistance with a modified payment plan, please contact the Accounts department on accounts@macleod.vic.edu.au

Student Statements

Financial statements that reflect a credit or available CSEF will be given to students to take home.  Outstanding charges may be viewed and paid through your Compass Parent Portal.

Credit or CSEF will automatically be allocated to events whenever possible.  Consent for student participation is still required. If you do not wish for automatic deductions, please contact accounts@macleod.vic.edu.au

Payments can be made through your Compass Parent Portal, at Reception or via B-Pay.  Your BPay details remain the same for your time at Macleod College.

If you have made Curriculum or Other Contributions, we thank you.  For families with outstanding amounts, your contributions are most welcomed.

If you have any questions about your statement or how to use your credit, please contact the accounts department on accounts@macleod.vic.edu.au

SSR (State Schools Relief) – Uniform Assistance

State Schools Relief is a not-for-profit organisation that improves the lives of tens of thousands of disadvantaged Victorian students, and their families, each year.

Their simple and practical service ensures that all students can attend school in warmth and comfort with a greater sense of belonging and improved self-esteem, which in turn enhances their educational engagement.

Where SSR cannot supply a particular item, a voucher is issued.

  • Each voucher has a value of $85.
  • There is a limit of 1 voucher per application and a maximum of 3 vouchers per student/per calendar year.
  • SSR vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • Vouchers can be used to purchase any item/s through the uniform supplier (Noone’s).
  • It’s important to note that since are limits on how many vouchers can be provided per student/per year, the vouchers should only be used to purchase items that cannot be provided directly by SSR.

Parents or carers who are struggling to provide their child’s uniform may contact the College Wellbeing Team to discuss their individual situation.
