NAPLAN

NAPLAN results for Year 7 and Year 9 students have been sent home with your child. Please take a moment to review the report together and contact the school if you have any questions.

Year 12 Trial Exams

Well done to our Year 12 students for their focus and effort during their trial HSC exams. Please continue supporting your child's wellbeing with good sleep, healthy meals, and some gentle exercise. If any issues arise on the day of an exam, please contact Heather Burke via the school office as soon as possible. Thank you for your ongoing support.

Post Year 10 Information Evening

In Week 2, parents and students attended an Information Evening looking at the transition options for all Year 10 students. Slides from the evening were shared with families, along with a google form for students to indicate their 2026 intentions. This data will be collated and interviews held with students and their parents/carers in Weeks 5 and 6 to discuss next steps for each individual.  In addition to student choices, attendance, commitment to learning and expectations will be discussed at the interviews.

Early Entry - important due dates

Applications for Early Entry at UNE - Round 1 have now been processed. Applications for consideration in Round 2 are due by September 12, 2025. Students applying for consideration at SCU should note that these are due by 30 September, 2025. SRS applications are due by the 5th September, 2025. Applications for Early Entry at CSU - Round 2 are due by 31 August.
