Outstanding Payments Reminder

If you have remaining School Saving Bonus (SSB) or Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) funds that you would like to allocate, please email the school office at south.melbourne.park.ps@education.vic.gov.au

Thank you for your support and for helping us ensure all school activities run smoothly.

School Saving Bonus.  If you wish to allocate your School Saving Bonus or CSEF funds towards the cost, you need to do the following:-

  • SSB - Email the school at south.melbourne.park.ps@education.vic.gov.au that you wish to allocate however many $$ dollars towards the Event. We cannot allocate funds or amounts unless we have your permission and it must be to the school's email (in writing).

  • CSEF - If you are eligible for CSEF and choose to nominate to pay using these funds, you will have the option to select this on the Compass Consent form.  (Please ensure that you have funds to allocate and do not choose CSEF as a form of payment unless you are in receipt of the funds being an eligible Centrelink Healthcare Card holder as presented to the school).

As part of our end-of-year financial reconciliation for 2025, the school is currently reviewing any outstanding invoices that remain unpaid.

For those with an outstanding balance from 2025, an ad-hoc invoice will be added to your Compass account. This can be paid either directly through Compass or at reception using the EFTPOS machine.

Any remaining School Saving Bonus (SSB) or Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) will automatically be applied toward these outstanding charges where applicable.

If you have any questions, please contact the school office.
