Reminder: RSVP for the PFA Volunteer Thank You Evening
A reminder to the more than 150 parent volunteers who assisted at PFA events during 2025 – please RSVP for the upcoming PFA Volunteer Thank You Evening from 7.30pm to 8.30pm next Tuesday 26 November.
We will gather in the Multipurpose Room, Sport Centre, to recognise and celebrate our kind, caring and connected Kilvington community. There will be drinks and nibbles and entertainment from a student musician too.

PFA AGM - 26 November
The PFA will hold the 2024 AGM from 7.00 to 7.30pm in the Sport Centre (1SC5) on 26 November, right before the Volunteer Thank You Evening. As all parents are members of the PFA, everyone is welcome and encouraged to join.
2025 PFA volunteer opportunities
There are many opportunities for our Kilvington families to get involved with school life via the PFA. You could sell goods at the Senior School Athletics pop-up canteen, answer questions at an Open Event, or help out in the School canteen.

The PFA are also looking for Class Social Representatives (CSRs) for 2025. Kilvington’s CSRs are at the core of our community, and we are incredibly grateful for all the wonderful ways in which they keep our families connected. Being a CSR is fun and we encourage two or more representatives for each year level.

Secondhand Uniform Shop (SHUS) and Christmas Pop-Up Stall
The final Secondhand Uniform Shop (SHUS) opening for the year will take place on Saturday, 7 December, from 9.00 to 11.00am in Dalton Hall.
Blazers, skirts, and tunics in excellent condition will be accepted for consignment sale, while all other good-quality uniform items can be donated.
As an added bonus, our talented Craft Group will be hosting a Pop-Up Christmas Stall at the same time, offering a delightful range of handmade goodies for kids, teens and grown-ups alike.
There will be stocking fillers, gifts and tasty treats priced between $1 and $30. Back by popular demand is the delicious Christmas Chilli Chelly Jam, alongside hot chocolate jars, chocolates, lollies, gift tags, decorations and much more. Ho, ho, ho!
Year 7 (2025) Packer Park Event
The PFA warmly invites all incoming Year 7 2025 students and families to a get-together at Packer Park from 4.00 to 5.00pm on Sunday 1 December 2024.
This is a great opportunity for the students to build on early friendships and for parents to get to know one another. Look out for the Kilvington PFA banner. Hope to see you there!
