First Fundraiser for 2026 – Elmore Charity Ball!

Our first fundraiser for 2026 is helping with the Elmore Charity Ball on 21st February 2026. This is a really easy fundraiser — all we need to do is volunteer our time, and the event will donate funds back to us based on the hours we provide!

Volunteer Roles Available

● Ticket Hut- ID checking, ticket scanning, and distribution of event freebies.

● Traffic Marshalling- Directing traffic and informing patrons of their responsibilities regarding rubbish collection and the ticketing process. (This role involves standing in the sun — please BYO hat.)

● Kitchen (Saturday Night)- Preparation and serving of food, general clean up, and dishwashing. (Mostly indoors and on your feet.)

● Breakfast (Sunday)- BBQ cooking (bacon & eggs), food preparation and serving, clean up, and dishwashing. (Mostly indoors and on your feet.) Excess staff on the breakfast shift may be asked to assist with rubbish collection around the shed and packing down fencing/bar equipment.

● Car Park Clean Up (Sunday) — 18+ yrs- Picking up rubbish throughout the car park into garbage bags, which are collected by the committee. This role is usually done in teams, walking through the car park. (Gloves and a limited number of pick-up sticks provided.)Please note: Car Park Clean Up hours are paid at 1.5× the normal rate.
