SWIMMING

The Grade 1/2s had a blast in the pool last week! Here are some happy snaps from their lessons. 

LITERACY

Students have been learning how to identify character traits in the texts we read, exploring both inside traits (personality and feelings) and outside traits (physical characteristics). They have also been building their reading fluency each day by practising with a partner - pausing at punctuation, rereading when needed, reading smoothly and adding expression to bring their stories to life.
