International Womens Week 

What an incredible International Women’s Week we’ve had! It was truly moving to see our students - boys and girls alike - fully engaged in reflecting on and celebrating the amazing contributions of women in our world.

The energy across the school was infectious, and it was inspiring to see our students connect so deeply with these stories and activities.

A special thank you goes to the SMAD team for their vision in bringing this week to life. We are so grateful to Eloise for her dedication to these activities and to Mr. Hakki for his invaluable support in helping our students find their voices and refine their speeches.

We also want to extend our gratitude to the staff who supported these initiatives behind the scenes; seeing these themes integrated into the school day really helped our students understand the importance of empowerment.

One of the many highlights was seeing students arrange gift bags to share muffins with the special women in their lives, such a thoughtful way to bring the celebration home.

It was a truly memorable week, and we are so proud of all our students for showing such passion and respect. Here’s to celebrating the incredible women in our community every day!
