2026 IFTAR NIGHT

On Thursday 12th March we had the pleasure of hosting our annual Iftar event with our senior school students, and it was a truly heartwarming evening. Close to 30 students attended, each bringing along a delicious dish to share with the group. The room quickly filled with the aromas of a wide variety of home cooked foods, reflecting the rich cultural diversity within our school community.

Many students were especially eager for their teachers to try the dishes they had prepared or brought from home. It was wonderful to see the pride on their faces as they described the meals and encouraged others to taste them. The evening created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with students and staff gathering together to break the fast, share food, and enjoy meaningful conversation.

Events like this are a special reminder of the strength of our school community. The Iftar not only celebrated an important time for many of our students observing Ramadan, but also provided an opportunity for everyone present to learn more about the traditions of the month and to experience the spirit of generosity and togetherness that it represents.

A sincere thank you to all the students who attended and contributed dishes, and to the staff who helped organise and support the evening. It was a memorable event and a wonderful way to bring our community together.
