PFA Update

Join the 2026 PFA Executive Team

The PFA Executive Committee currently has vacancies for a Senior School Vice-President and a Secretary in 2026.

These roles offer a wonderful opportunity to get actively involved in the Kilvington community, connect with others across the School and make a meaningful contribution. No prior experience is required, and all roles are fully supported by the committee.

The Senior School Vice-President supports the President and acts as a point of contact for parents and the Class Social Representatives (CSRs).

The Secretary plays a key administrative role, supporting the Committee through tasks such as preparing agendas, taking minutes and managing PFA correspondence.

If you are interested or would like to know more, please contact Community Relations Officer Bianca Lapins at lapinsb@kilvington.vic.edu.au

2026 Event Coordinators and CSRs needed

The Kilvington PFA runs a wide range of events and activities throughout the year to support and connect our school community. We are seeking a vibrant team of parent volunteers to act as event coordinators and help deliver these fun and engaging initiatives, while having heaps of fun in the process.

EVENT COORDINATOR SIGN-UPS

There are many ways to get involved, and we encourage job-sharing, with many hands making light work. Please explore which opportunity might be right for you. You can see all the 2026 PFA event coordination opportunities here.

CLASS SOCIAL REPRESENTATIVES (CSR) SIGN-UPS

We are also seeking Class Social Representatives (CSRs) for 2026. CSRs play a vital role in fostering the strong sense of community and connection that Kilvington is well known for. They organise social activities for each cohort, such as casual dinners at local restaurants, pizza nights in the park, coffee mornings, bowling and more.

All CSRs are supported by the PFA Executive Committee, and we encourage two or more representatives per year level to share the role and keep things fun.
