School Photos

Our School Photos for 2026 will be taken on Thursday 26 and Friday 27 March by The School Photographer. 

Your child is expected to be at school all day on both days, wearing full school uniform. A photo of each student, class and group (e.g. Student Leaders, music ensembles) are scheduled to be taken over the two days. Sibling photos will also be taken if an order has been placed by 24 March (ordering portal for siblings closes 24 hours prior to the first scheduled photo day). Absent students will have their name recorded on the 2026 class photo. We cannot accommodate any personal, non-school appointments your child may have in the photo schedule; if possible, we recommend changing appointments you have during the school day on 26 and 27 March.

ORDER PHOTOS ONLINE:

1. Go to The School Photographer website (or scan the QR Code on the attached flyer).
2. Click on Get your photos at the top of the home page.
3. Click on Order this years' photos.
4. Enter the code Q3PTM52G to access the EHPS page to view the options available and place your order for individual student, class, and/or sibling photos for 2026. Note: the unique order code for group photos (e.g. Student Leaders, music ensembles) will be published later this year.

We recommend ordering your individual and/or class photos before the first photo day on Thursday 26 March; the expected delivery for these photos is about eight weeks after the school photos are taken. Individual and class photos ordered after 27 March may incur a late fee, and delivery will be delayed. Sibling photos orders are required not later than Tuesday 24 March to ensure the order can be added to the schedule; note the online order page for siblings will close 24 hours prior to the first photo day. Group photos (e.g. Student Leaders/Captains, music ensembles) will be available to order later in the year.

SIBLING PHOTOS:  If you have two or more children attending EHPS this year you can also order a sibling photo using the online order details above; older or younger siblings not enrolled at EHPS cannot be included. Sibling photos must be ordered online a minimum 24 hours prior to the first photo day so the order can be added to the photo schedule; the online order page will close for sibling photo orders 24 hours prior to the first photo day. Sibling photos are taken from 8am until the start of the school day on Thursday in the Stadium. Depending on the number of sibling photo orders received, it may be necessary to continue on Friday morning, so also be prepared for an 8am arrival on Friday if required.

CATCH UP: Students absent on 26 and 27 March will be able to have an individual 2026 school photo taken later in the year (date currently scheduled for Tuesday 6 October 2026); please note that your child will not be in their 2026 class photo and will have their name recorded as absent. Individual student photos can be ordered through the portal detailed above after the photo has been taken in Term 4, however, your child will still be recorded as absent on their 2026 class photo.
