EHPS Reconciliation Action Plan

We're excited to share an important update about our school's commitment to reconciliation.

What is a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)? A Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is a formal statement of commitment to reconciliation between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and other Australians. Developed through the Narragunnawali: Reconciliation in Education program, a RAP provides a practical framework for schools to strengthen relationships, build respect, and create meaningful opportunities in the classroom, across the school community, and beyond. It helps embed reconciliation into everyday teaching, learning, and school life.

We are proud to announce that our school has developed and successfully had its Reconciliation Action Plan approved by Narragunnawali: Reconciliation in Education.

Our RAP includes 14 actions — these align with requirements set by Narragunnawali and outline specific, achievable steps we will take to advance reconciliation at our school.

A summary of our RAP commitments is now available for everyone to view on the EHPS website. We encourage families, students, and community members to take a look and learn more about how we are working together toward a more reconciled future.

This is a meaningful step forward for our school community, and we look forward to implementing these actions and sharing our progress in the months and years ahead.

Thank you for your ongoing support!
