Come and join the 2025 Fair Kick-Off Meeting

The next biennial Kilvington Fair and Open Day will be held on Saturday 22 March 2025. All Kilvington families are encouraged to take part in this wonderful community event in some capacity. 

We invite all parents and friends to join us at the the Fair Kick-Off Meeting on Tuesday 6 August from 7.00 to 8.30pm in the Multipurpose Room, Sport Centre. Drinks and nibbles will be served.

 

Come and hear about what's planned and see how you can get involved. It’s great fun and a fantastic way to make new friends. A list of all the proposed Fair stalls can be found at the sign-up page. 

 

Regular PFA business will also be conducted at this meeting. Principal Rob French will also be sharing plans for the planned update of the canteen and Dalton Hall. Please see the agenda posted on KCEE. We look forward to seeing you there.

Secondhand Uniform Shop (SHUS) Coordinators needed

After more than 10 years leading the wonderful SHUS team, our amazing SHUS Coordinator, Briohny Marshall, is stepping down. As such, the PFA is looking for a replacement – either one person or a group of people who can happily share tasks. 

 

The SHUS Coordinator role is a perfect fit for working parents as time can be dedicated to the position in a way that suits you. There have also been a few recent changes to the way the shop will operate moving forward that have streamlined procedures.  

 

The SHUS is an important service that the PFA offers our school community, and also contributes towards our sustainability aims.
