Heartfelt thanks from the Dehne family
We recently received a heartfelt thank you letter from Simon and Vanessa Dehne, parents of Archie and Matilda, expressing their gratitude towards Kilvington staff and parents. Their home was tragically lost in a fire this past March, but it is wonderful to hear that they are now back on their feet and looking forward to rebuilding their home.

Staff spotlight
There are many moving parts to Kilvington, one aspect of which is maintenance, to which our amazing maintenance staff are always in the background doing a stellar job keeping our school grounds functioning smoothly for our students and teachers. A key team member is Kilvington stalwart Peter Woolfrey.
Pete, who has been with us for over 20 years, has been super busy these past few days. Between his regular duties, Pete took out a coveted award in a staff writing competition as part of the Kilvington Writing Festival this week, plus he eagerly visited our ELC to assist in the construction of bird houses so our little ones had a home for their feathered friends this spring.

This condition can lead to serious nutritional deficiencies and social withdrawal, impacting overall health and academic performance. Recognising and addressing eating anxiety is crucial for parents, carers and educators.
