Year 2 Newsletter

Our Year 2 students have had a wonderful time exploring procedural writing. They have been learning how to write clear, step-by-step instructions by including a title, goal, a list of materials, and sequenced steps. Students have also been encouraged to use strong action verbs to make their instructions clear and easy to follow. It has been fantastic to see them put their learning into practice by creating their own procedures and thinking carefully about how to guide their readers through each step. We are very proud of the effort students have shown!
