Welcome back to Term 3!

I hope you all had an enjoyable and restful break. It has been wonderful to see the students return refreshed, ready to learn, and excited to reconnect with their peers.

We’ve already had a fantastic start to the term with our overnight camp to Sovereign Hill! The students had a great time immersing themselves in history and creating lasting memories with their classmates.

Highlights included watching the AURA Sound and Light Show, panning for gold, dipping candles, watching a lolly-making demonstration, dining out at a restaurant, touring the Red Hill Mines, and shopping for lollies and toys! I was proud of the students’ behaviour and enthusiasm for each activity, and I’m sure they have plenty of stories to share with you.

A big thank you to Miss McCombe for all the time she spent after school organising the camp, and to Mr Barker, Megan, and Ashlee for helping to look after our students during the trip.
