With only two weeks remaining until the QGSSSA Swimming Championships, an atmosphere of excitement is palpable. The team has undergone thorough preparation, fostering a wave of positive energy as we enter the final week of preparation.
Scheduled for Wednesday, 28 February, the 2024 QGSSSA Swimming Championships promise to be an electrifying spectacle. Swimmers representing the ten QGSSSA schools will converge to vie for the coveted Aggregate - Mollie Gould Cup and the Percentage - The Sheena Dyason Cup titles.
Let's rally together, fuelling the flames of encouragement and support. Whether you're a swimmer, a proud supporter, or simply someone who appreciates the thrill of competition, your presence makes a difference.

Students in Years 6-12 are warmly encouraged to embrace their college spirit and join as spectators to support the QGSSSA Swimming Team.
Note: Students in Years 7-12 are expected to attend as spectators.
Date: Wednesday 28 February
Venue: Brisbane Aquatic Centre, Sleeman Sports Complex
Time: 3:15pm - 9:00pm
Bring: Food and water bottle in a small bag (Kiosk facilities will be available)
Do NOT Bring: iPods or equivalent (you are attending to support the Swimming Team)
Uniform: Summer uniform (including hats - boys and girls)

Spectators will receive a point for their house towards the House Shield presented at the end of the year.

Announcement: Andrews Cup and Britton Shield Swimming Metro Meet
The Andrews Cup and Britton Shield Swimming Squads have received an invitation from Moreton Bay College to participate in a Metro Meet, a practice competition scheduled for Saturday, 24 February.
Attendance at this meet is highly recommended for all members of the Andrews Cup and Britton Shield squads to enhance their preparation for upcoming competitions.

Warm-up: 1:15 pm
