2025 Fair and Open Day

The 2025 Kilvington Fair and Open Day is fast approaching on Saturday 22 March 2025. Only 14 sleeps to go! We are asking all members of the Kilvington community to consider volunteering in some capacity as many hands make light work!
Stall volunteers needed!
Working on a stall at the Fair is super fun! Not only do you get to know your fellow stall volunteers, but you also get to interact with the wider community and know that you have contributed to a wonderful occasion.
General spots to volunteer are now available through signup here.
There are so many options to volunteer and your stall coordinator/s will guide you on what to do and will be there if you need any help. So, what are you waiting for?
Jam and Relish Making Day
A big thank you to everyone who attended the Jam and Relish Making Day on Sunday 25 February in the Food Tech area. We truly appreciate your time and cooking expertise in making these popular items for the Fair.
Special thanks to the amazing Jam and Relish Stall Coordinator Lou Cooper for all her hard work behind the scenes and preparation for the day. You are a superstar!
Crafting Group
The Craft Stall will be selling beautiful homemade items finished by members of our amazing Kilvington community – by you, by grandparents, and maybe even some of our crafty kids.
We welcome donations of handmade jewellery, soaps, candles, pottery, paintings, sewing, knitting, crochet, glass, carvings and more.
Join us for the last craft session to make items before the Fair on Wednesday 12 March from 7.00 to 9.30pm.
Please contact Eleri Stephens via elerim@gmail.com for venue details or with any questions. Thank you.

Sweet Petites Cake Stall
Calling all Kilvington bakers! We need your help to make the Sweet Petites Stall a roaring success.
To assist you in making your baked goods look amazing for the Fair, the Cake Stall team has made some fabulous baking kits.
These kits will include instructions on what you can bake, as well as four cellophane bags, four labels and four ribbons to tie your goods up with. Plus, for those of you who are unsure of what to bake, there will also be a couple of recipe cards to choose from, including some no-bake options.
The kits will be ready for collection from 3.00pm on Tuesday 11 March from Main and Junior School Receptions. Everyone loves a cake stall, so please get baking!
