Job Jump Incursion
On Wednesday 5th August, year 9 students attended a Job Jump event on site, organised by The Smith Family. This was set up like a speed dating arrangement, with many local employers available for students to chat to and engage in activities. Employers included East Gippsland Water, GLCH, Crossco, The Big Garage, Bunnings, TAFE, Vic Police, Gippsland Finance Solutions, GELLEN, BRHS & EGSC.

Time for dessert, our Year 9 chef's made Chocolate self-sauce pudding adding native Wattleseed which has a rich, roasted flavour profile similar to coffee, chocolate, and hazelnut.

Run, Hayden, Run!
Congratulations to Hayden, who represented the College recently at the State Cross Country Championships at Yarra Valley Racecourse. Hayden ran a very solid race in the 15yr age group to post 11:33 for the 3000mt course, averaging 3:51 minutes per kilometre which is something to be very excited about.
White Card
Congratulations to year 9 students, Declan, Shae, Malachi and Ashton who successfully gained their Construction Induction qualification (white card).
