2026 COLLEGE CAPTAINS & VICE CAPTAINS

CONGRATULATIONS

We are pleased to announce Julia O’Bryan and Logan King as our 2026 College Captains.

I would also like to congratulate Elizabeth Larson and Alexander Kambouris on their appointment as 2026 College Vice-Captains.

These fine young men and women understand that, to be a leader, one should create positive and substantial change in small, everyday ways. They have the opportunity next year to prove that the concept of authentic leadership is inspired by integrity of heart and faith as well as accountable, responsible stewardship.

Congratulations and well done, Julia, Logan, Elizabeth, and Alexander. We are very proud of you. I thank all those who have assisted and inspired you on your journey to this point in time.

‘Leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice. It’s about listening and making the right decisions when things get difficult. It is about creating a school environment where everyone feels included, supported and proud to belong.’

‘During my time at St Joseph’s, I have always represented the college with dignity, whether it be through interschool sports such as football and basketball, or at formal events such as the ANZAC Day Service, which I have proudly participated in for many years.  I will continue to be present for the students and the college, leading by example and collaborating with students and staff to ensure that St Joseph’s continues to be recognised as a school that strives for excellence.’

‘Leadership isn’t about perfection. It's about doing your best and giving your best to others and growing as a person. I am an understanding person who is easy to approach and talk to. I strongly believe and understand that everyone is different, and I value that diversity.’
