Loved and loving son of Ellis (d. 2002 svc 1927-33) and Madge (both dec.). Adored father and father-in-law of Tess and Jason, Nick and Michelle. Loved Pa to Rohnan, Rory and Maya. Eldest brother to Damian (svc 1958-63), Steve (svc 1961-67, Tim (2023 dec. svc 1965-70) and Justin (svc 1967-73).

GOLDSMITH, David Reginald 05.10.1934 – 05.11.2024 (svc 1943-50)

Husband of Kaye, father of Tracy and Scott (svc 1974-79), Papa of Blair, Grace, Tyler, Vandy, Madeline, Thomas and Amelia, Great Papa of Frances, Faye and Zara. Athletics record holder, champion footballer, and successful businessman. Loved his family, his dogs, birds, horses, Guinness, football and reminiscing about his childhood in Tunnack. Died after a short illness. Many thanks to the staff at the Whittle Ward.

Passed away at Royal Hobart Hospital.

Adored husband of Jarmila (Jari) (dec).

Father of Karel (svc 1968-74), Helenka, Anicka, and Marek (svc 1977-82).

Deda to Thomas, Anastasia, Isabella, Alexandra, Daniel, Jaruska, Pavel, Imogen, Dan, Oliver, Joseph, Peter, Edward and Cecilia.

Grand-Deda to Violet, Magnus, William, Raphael, Bastien and Isabel.

LENNARD Christopher John (Chris) 03.10.1966 – 13.11.2024 (svc 1976-84)

Passed away peacefully surrounded by family.

Loving husband of Jo, youngest son of Doreen and Jack, brother and brother-in-law of Richard (svc 1964-69), John (svc 67-79) and Judy, Paul (svc 1968-70) and Cath, Tony (svc 1970-78) and Lee, Michael (svc 1971-78) and Rita, and Anne Marie (dec). Beloved uncle of his nieces and nephews and his great nieces and nephews.

You will be greatly missed.

Loved and loving wife of Phillip (dec). Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Garry (svc 1973-78) and Ann, Geoffrey and Gaye. Treasured and adored Nan of Casey, Michelle and Matthew, Allison, and Jason and Jess. Great-grandmother of Travis, Danny, Eli, Gabrielle, and Jack.

PENNICOTT (nee FREEMAN) Deirdre Peta 01.10.1950 - 05.11.2024

Passed suddenly, surrounded by family and friends after a courageous battle with cancer. Loved and loving wife of Robin Pennicott (dec. 12.01.2001 svc 1960-64). Beloved mother of Amy and second mum to Demi.Cherished grandma of Isabelle and Jack. Special thanks to the Icon centre team, Palliative care team and the 9A RHH staff.Private cremation at her request.

SCAVONE, Paolo  26.11.1936 – 13.11.2024

Passed away peacefully at the Royal Hobart Hospital. Much loved and loving husband of Antonietta for 62 years. Loved and loving Father of Rocky (svc 1975-78) and his partner Jodi, and Rosa. Beloved Nonno of Mellina, Jason, Daniel, Jess, Tash and Tristan. Great Nonno of Amarley.So dearly loved, so sadly missed.

CUSICK, Margaret Helen .10.1948 - 24.10.2024

Margaret passed away peacefully on 24 October 2024. Loved wife of Peter (svc 1955-62), cherished Mum of Chris (svc 1979-86), Joanne, Carolyn and Andrew (svc 1993-96; dec. 17.02.2001) and adored Nanna of Ben, Sam, Lucas and Ella. An exceptionally brave lady now at peace in Andrew's loving arms.
