Hi Kids and Families,

 

Another term is at the end and we finally can see summer just around the corner! I'm so proud of so many of you who have been trying new foods and flavours. 

 

We always appreciate seeing new challenges, and this week I noticed that a simple pasta with Napoletana sauce was really appreciate by our vegetarians. I’d love to show you the super easy method to prepare it:

 

Simple Napoletana Sauce:

 

  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan
  • Add some sliced onion (red or brown)
  • Stir-fry, then add some finely chopped rosemary (if you don’t like rosemary, add oregano instead)
  • Add tomato passata, a pinch of salt, and simmer for 20–30 minutes
  • Cook your pasta and enjoy this simple but delicious sauce with some grated parmesan. 

     

Sometimes the simple recipes are the best, and from here you can add any extra ingredients you like.
