McHarry's Buses

Due to a roundabout construction on Geelong Rd, at Hitchcock St, Barwon Heads, the section of Geelong Rd from Sheepwash Rd to Carr St will be closed commencing next Monday 12/5, until approximately 20/6.

This will impact the following buses below.   

• N13 – Barwon Heads to Newtown – am and pm.
• N14 – Grovedale College and Belmont HS to Barwon Heads and Ocean Grove – pm.
• N22 – Barwon Heads and Connewarre to BHS and Newtown am
• N35 – Barwon Heads to Newtown – am and pm.
• S5 – Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads to Oberon HS – am and pm.
• S7 – Barwon Heads to Grovedale and Oberon HS – am.
• S26 – Barwon Heads to Oberon HS – am and pm. 

The buses will use a detour route we had in place last year, and travel in a clockwise direction via River Parade, Carr St, Taits Rd, to Sheepwash Rd.   

Stops in Carr St between Taits and Geelong Road will be missed.  A temporary stop will be located at 112 Carr St, just north of Taits Rd. 

Stops on Geelong Rd between Sheepwash Rd and Carr St will also not be accessible.    Students can use the Barwon Heads Rd/Sheepwash Rd, and the Barwon Heads bowling club stops located in Sheepwash Rd.
