THE LIGHTNING THIEF - Musical Production
We'd like to congratulate SJV's own Ayda-Melody Hendricks on being a member of the cast of People's Playhouse next musical The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical. Ayda was chosen to be one of the cast earlier this year, going up against 110 other auditionees from around the state. Further, Mr Drew Lane is the Musical Director of the production, and it promises to be a fantastic show - one for the whole family. Mordialloc Aquatic Centre
Dear School Community,
We are excited to share that the new Mordi Aquatic Centre is set to open in early 2027.
Mordi Aquatic Centre is a state-of-the-art facility for Kingston, designed to support the health, wellbeing, and active lifestyles of our community. As we prepare for opening, we are inviting local schools and families to help shape the programs and services that will be offered at the centre.
The survey asks participants about:
• how they like to exercise — in the water, in the gym, or both• whether they prefer to train independently, with a friend, or in a group• their favourite aquatic and fitness programs• any barriers or challenges that may prevent participation
Community feedback will help inform:
• future programs and class offerings• service planning and scheduling• the overall customer experience at Mordi Aquatic Centre
