Another Season of Excellence

On Monday 24 March, our swim team competed in the 2025 EISM Division 1 Swimming Carnival, and we are proud to announce for the 17th consecutive year, we came out on top! It was an incredible day of racing, with Huntingtower again winning both the girls' and boys' aggregate trophies and our swimmers delivering outstanding performances across all events.

The day saw 9 records being broken, with 7 of them coming from Huntingtower. The team showed incredible depth and determination, with many personal bests scored throughout. From sprint events to relays, every swimmer played a crucial role in keeping our school’s winning streak alive.

A huge thank you to the sports department, especially Ms Baynham and Ben for being instrumental in organising the teams and supporting us throughout this journey. We also extend our gratitude to the HSAC swim staff - Tim, Megan and Bella - who were there for us both in our morning training sessions and on the day. Special thanks to all the staff and family who came down on the day to cheer us on because it is ultimately our community and strong energy that brings us over the line year after year.

And last but not least, congratulations and thank you to all our swimmers for their hard work and commitment. We see your dedication in the early mornings and hard training sessions, and it’s the reason we are still able to race for a legacy older than most of us. Seventeen years is an incredible achievement! Remember, we have climbed more than hills and summitted more than mountains because of the friends we made along the way! HT’s always hot to go!
