Intermediate Boys / Girls Division Badminton 

On Tuesday 3 June, both the intermediate boys’ and girls’ teams competed in the Casey North Division Badminton competition at Clyde Sports Arena. 

The boys’ team faced off against Berwick College, Doveton College and then Gleneagles in the finals. The girls’ team played against Fountain Gate, Berwick College and took on Gleneagles in their final match as well.

Both teams showed an amazing spirit as we battled through every game. Nossal went through the day without dropping a single game, which is an amazing achievement! It was great to see every player put in their best effort and work together as a team, being great sports by actively encouraging and assisting other schools with line calling.

Ultimately, it was a great opportunity to compete with my peers and now we look forward to competing again in regionals on the Friday 25 July. 

Congratulations to all those who participated and a big thanks to Mr Armistead and Mr Hu who helped make this event a fun day, where we could represent the school with pride. We are now looking forward to Southern Metro Regional Finals in Term 3.
