PE

This term in PE, our focus has been on developing essential movement skills and promoting bike education. We’re proud of the progress our students have made in mastering fundamental movement skills such as balance, coordination, and spatial awareness — all key building blocks for active, healthy lifestyles.
In addition, two of our elective classes have been accessing expert tennis coaching from an external coach. This specialised instruction not only introduces students to the exciting sport of tennis but also helps enhance their hand-eye coordination, teamwork, and self-confidence.
Our bike education program has been especially rewarding. Through a combination of practical riding sessions and safety awareness, students are gaining greater independence and improving their physical fitness. Watching them gain confidence on two (or three) wheels has been a highlight of the term.
We will continue to build on these skills as the term continues, and I look forward to more active, engaging opportunities that support our students’ physical development and overall wellbeing.
