Congratulations to Louie Menz and Aiyra Ezekwe on their selection into the prestigious Basketball NSW Talented Athletes Program (TAP).
As part of the program, they will attend an intensive training week at Penrith Valley Sports Stadium, featuring high-performance on-court sessions, sports science testing, and educational lectures. TAP recognises the top 25 male and female athletes from both metropolitan and regional NSW, making this an outstanding achievement.
We are incredibly proud to have four athletes from our school selected among the state’s best. Well done!
On Wednesday, 40 of our Year 3–6 students represented Trinity at the RAS Athletics Carnival. Under perfect blue skies, our athletes gave it their all, showing their skill, sportsmanship and team spirit!
A massive congratulations to Mahir Pathak (Year 4), who was awarded Age Champion after a series of strong performances across his events. We also had Alexis Pritchard and Duke Leslie, who were both named Runners Up Age Champions, a fantastic achievement!
Two Trinity athletes also made their mark in the record books:
To top it all off, Trinity was named Champion School for the day, a well-deserved recognition of the effort and success of every student who competed.
Many of our Trinity students were successful in advancing through to CIS and these will be released to families shortly.
It was a fantastic Season 1 for our indoor netball teams, with both the U11 Trinity Rainbows and the U11 Trinity Lovehearts making it through to the semi-finals.
The Lovehearts went on to claim the grand final with an impressive team performance and a well-deserved win. Congratulations to the team on a brilliant season!
Well done to: Amber Kaur, Ashmin Kaur, Harlow Murray, Isabel Craig, Isabelle Lindner, Lacey Slade, Lucy Bryce, Scarlett Innis, and Sophie Hanley.
