MMG Survey Results from Parents

Last term, we undertook a comprehensive survey, inviting feedback from all parents. This initiative forms part of our ongoing commitment to listening, learning, and striving for excellence in every aspect of school life. The survey, conducted by MMG Education, provided valuable insights across more than 300 aspects of the College’s operations and culture.

We are delighted to confirm our results were overwhelmingly positive. Our families expressed strong confidence in the College’s direction, and the data affirms we are delivering high-quality education.  The standout message?  Our parents feel their expectations are not only being met but exceeded – particularly in areas they value most, such as the quality of teaching and the balanced nature of our educational offering.

The Right Reverend John Parkes AM

On the first day of Term 3, I attended the Eucharist in Thanksgiving for the Life and Ministry of The Right Reverend John Parkes AM, 10th Bishop of Wangaratta.  I was delighted Anglican Identity Captain, Tom Zhang, and Performing Arts Captain, Maya Gatford, accompanied me to represent our students at this very moving service at the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Wangaratta.

Bishop John played a foundational role in the life and development of Trinity Anglican College. As the Bishop of Wangaratta during the College’s formative years, he was a steadfast advocate for accessible, values-based education grounded in the Anglican tradition. He was a visible and pastoral presence at Trinity events, often engaging directly with students, staff and families.

Bishop Parkes championed the vision that schools like ours would be inclusive, academically aspirational, and spiritually grounded – qualities that remain central to Trinity’s identity today. Under his leadership, the school’s relationship with the Diocese was strengthened, enabling the College to grow with a strong sense of mission and community. His wisdom, compassion and commitment to service left an enduring legacy, shaping both the culture and the direction of Trinity Anglican College. He is remembered with deep respect and gratitude.
