Lunchbox20 Rocks the Southside Parent Battle of the Bands!
On Thursday 28th May, our incredible parent band, Lunchbox20 proudly represented EPS at the 2026 Southside Parent Battle of the Bands competition, helping to raise valuable funds for our school music program.
Performing at the iconic Prince Bandroom, the band delivered an outstanding set that had the crowd dancing, singing along and thoroughly entertained from start to finish. Their energy, musicianship and stage presence were a wonderful reflection of the spirit that exists here at EPS.

The success of the night extended beyond the stage. Thanks to the incredible support of our school community, Lunchbox20 placed second overall for ticket sales!
The dedication, enthusiasm and generosity shown by each member of Lunchbox20 is truly appreciated. The countless hours spent rehearsing, learning songs and preparing for the performance reflects not only their love of music, but also their commitment to supporting the students and music program at EPS.
We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the many parents/carers, staff and community members who attended the event and supported the band throughout the evening. Seeing so many familiar faces in the audience created a fantastic atmosphere and demonstrated the strong sense of community that makes EPS such a great place.
Thank you again to everyone who contributed to making the evening such a fantastic success and I look forward to later announcing the total funds raised when they become available.

SRC Koala Fundraiser
Thank you to everyone who contributed towards our Koala fundraiser. We raised $479.75 and the proceeds were donated to Koala Rescue. We were able to adopt two koalas! The winning names were Bubbles and Ozzy.

Minions & Monsters Movie Event
A big thank you to everyone who purchased tickets to the Minions & Monsters Movie Event. We sold 130 tickets!
EPS Trivia Night
The Trivia Night 2026 raised over $5,574!
Thank you to parents, carers and teachers for a fun, relaxed night at Elwood Bowls with plenty of door and raffle prizes…and some creative team names!
